A room redesign or remodel can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to help you along the way with three easy steps and the best part is—you decide how many steps you want to take!

Step 1 | On-site Consultation $150, up to 60 mins.

An on-site consultation is how I start the process. I’ll spend up to 60 minutes in your space as you walk me through what you’d like help with. At this time, we can discuss color options, room function and your desires for the space and I’ll tell you my initial ideas and suggestions.

Sometimes this is enough for a client—having a designer come in the space to bounce ideas off of is just what you need to get you started on your project.    

Step 2 | Room Design starting at $375

If you’d like to take the next step after our on-site consultation, I will spend time coming up with a visual, tangible plan. You will receive a digital mood board for your space(s), paint, wallpaper and/or material options along with a suggested shopping list of some furnishings.   

If you have a DIY spirit but need help with innovative ideas, having a custom room design plan may be the perfect solution for you!  

Step 3 | Full-Service Project custom quote  

If you are not a DIY person or if you don’t have the time or energy to take on the project—Broad Strokes Home Design can make your room design plan a reality! We can work with a contractor or smaller projects can be completed with our BSHD team.

Flat rate or hourly?

Depends on the scope of work—below are some examples.

Hourly ($60/hr.) | shopping for furnishings, consulting with a contractor, on-site visits, etc.

Flat Rate | custom furniture, quoted job with BSHD staff
